Grillbox Restaurant began its journey on 11th November 2023 in a modest 720 sq. ft. space, launched as a partnership venture with a big dream — to serve delicious multi-cuisine food with warmth, consistency, and quality. At the heart of this vision was Ar. Imran A G Dhada, an architect turned hotelier, driven by his passion for hospitality and great food.
Despite early enthusiasm, challenges in the partnership led to a difficult yet necessary decision. On 30th September 2024, the partnership was dissolved, and Grillbox temporarily closed its doors.
But the dream didn’t end there.
Imran, fueled by determination and clarity, set out to rebuild. Within just four months, Grillbox was reborn — stronger, sharper, and more focused than ever. Today, Grillbox Foods LLP stands as a symbol of resilience, innovation, and commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences, driven by one founder’s unwavering belief in his vision.

Imran A G Dhada made the bold decision to dissolve the partnership and temporarily close operations on 30th September 2024.
Fueled by determination and a clear vision, Imran revived Grillbox—stronger and better than ever. In just four months, on 19th January 2025, Grillbox reopened as an independent venture in a spacious new location. With a 120-person capacity, a dedicated 50-guest party hall, and both AC & Non-AC sections, it now offers a premium dining experience.
The menu spans flavorful Chinese, Indian, Tandoor, and Mughlai dishes, along with quick bites like sandwiches and shawarmas, catering to everything from casual meals to grand weddings—always delivering quality, taste, and exceptional hospitality.
